Servo main motor (standard)
◆ Two servo motors and servo pumps are used to control the left and right oil cylinders;
◆ Low energy consumption, high efficiency, low heat, energy saving and noise reduction effect is very prominent.◆ High performance servo hydraulic system, integrated design, compact structure and strong sealing performance.
It can be used to detect linear displacement or angular displacement in closed-loop servo system of machine tools. The output signal of its measurement is digital pulse, which has the characteristics of large detection range, high detection accuracy and fast response speed.
Mechanical deflection compensation (standard)
It is composed of multiple groups of wedges installed in the lower worktable, which can move left and right to form an ideal convex and concave curve to ensure that the relative position with the slider remains unchanged after force application. The compensation amount is automatically calculated and determined by the CNC system according to the opening of the mold and material characteristics.
Lifting rear stop (standard)
It is controlled by servo motor to ensure fast positioning and accurate bending; The stop moves smoothly left and right on the two linear guides to ensure the best positioning accuracy.
Front bracket assist (standard)
High strength, fixed on the linear guide rail for left and right movement, height adjustable; When in use, move the bracket to the appropriate position according to the length of the workpiece and fix it to assist bending and improve work efficiency.
High efficiency grade reduces energy consumption and directly saves users’ cost; High protection level (IP55) ensures user safety and reliability; Insulation grade F class insulation, long insulation system life.
Cybelec c12 CNC system (optional)
Simple page, clear display, large buttons for easy touch operation; Automatic calculation of bending data, saving of bending programs; Automatic calculation of bending angle, pressure and deflection compensation; Standard 4-axis (Y1+Y2+X+R), 2D graphic programming.
Italian ESA S630 CNC system (optional)
10.4 inch wide screen touch, clear display, built-in PLC; 2D graphic programming, standard 4-axis +1 axis, non expandable; Graphic upper and lower board, supporting multi die, telescopic die, arc die and other modes; Graphic programming assistance, manual optimization.
